Taco Salad

      Never under estimate the power of simplicity.  This is just your basic taco salad to add to the mix of meals.  Serve it up in a pretty bowl and it will make you even happier.  

1 lb. ground beef
1 package of your favorite taco seasoning
tortilla chips
fiesta blend cheese
tomatoes, chopped
lettuce, chopped
sour cream

1.  Cook beef over medium-high heat until cooked through.  Drain grease.  Add taco seasoning and cook according to package directions.  
2.  Assemble your bowl:  Put down the tortilla chips first, add the meat, then all of your toppings.  
3.  Grab a fork and eat that crunchy goodness.
